He is the Director of Ombuds & Mediation Services, overseeing MWI’s Organizational Ombuds Panel and Conference Ombuds Services. Josh partners with organizations to design and deliver conference ombuds services, ensuring participants have an impartial, accessible resource during conferences, meetings, trade shows, and events.
