About Tera
Tera Bisbee is an experienced Organizational Ombuds, mediator, facilitator, and trainer with a strong background in higher education, leadership development, and conflict intervention.
She has served as a Staff Ombuds at the University of California, Berkeley since 2024 and previously served as the Organizational Ombuds at California State University San Bernardino from 2007 to 2014.
In her ombuds work, Tera has provided services to students, faculty, staff, administrators, and others with university-related concerns.

Tera has provided mediation, conflict interventions, and leadership development for higher education institutions, corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Tera also brings employee and labor relations experience and has taught management and human resources courses for the University of Redlands.
