Through conflict coaching, mediation, facilitation, and team development, she helps individuals and organizations communicate more effectively, resolve challenges constructively, and build healthier workplace cultures.

About Sigal

Sigal Shoham is an experienced Organizational Ombuds, mediator, facilitator, and conflict resolution practitioner with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate workplace conflict and improve collaboration.

As an organizational ombuds in the public sector, she has provided confidential conflict coaching to more than 2,000 individuals, including senior executives, managers, and employees at every level of an organization.

Her work focuses on helping visitors think through difficult situations, improve communication, explore options, and address workplace concerns in productive and constructive ways.

Approach

Sigal believes that healthy organizations are built on trust, respectful communication, and effective conflict management. She brings wisdom, warmth, and thoughtful curiosity to every conversation, creating a space where people can reflect, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

Drawing on thousands of hours of professional ADR practice and a Master's degree in Conflict Transformation, she helps individuals and teams strengthen relationships through mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching, and collaborative problem-solving.

In addition to supporting individual visitors, Sigal tactfully identifies and elevates systemic organizational concerns, helping leaders better understand patterns that may be affecting organizational culture and mission effectiveness.

Background

Sigal earned a Master's degree in Conflict Transformation from Eastern Mennonite University and is a Certified Organizational Ombuds Practitioner through the International Ombuds Association.

She has served as a certified mediator for the San Francisco Small Claims Court, Community Boards, and the Office of Citizens Complaints, giving her extensive experience helping people resolve complex disputes through constructive dialogue.

An experienced facilitator and trainer, Sigal regularly works with individuals and teams to strengthen communication, improve collaboration, and develop healthier approaches to conflict.
