About Keiko

Keiko Suzuki is an Organizational Ombuds with MWI with extensive experience in human resource management, executive coaching, mediation, training, and organizational consulting.

During her twenty-year corporate career, she held leadership and human resources roles with JPMorgan, General Electric, and The Estée Lauder Companies in both Tokyo and New York City.

As a consultant, Keiko has worked with a broad spectrum of organizations, including major Japanese and international companies in the finance, consumer goods, telecommunications, recruiting, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Approach

Keiko helps organizations strengthen leadership effectiveness, workplace communication, and organizational resilience through a combination of coaching, mediation, facilitation, and ombuds practice.

She works closely with senior leaders and teams to improve communication, coaching skills, feedback practices, change management capabilities, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Her approach combines deep organizational experience with practical tools that help individuals and teams navigate conflict, build trust, and adapt successfully to change.

Background

Keiko specializes in organizational and management development solutions, including leadership assessment, change strategy formation, leadership development, offsite meeting facilitation, performance management, and career development.

Since 2015, she has taught mediation at Kumamoto University and conflict coaching at the Hitotsubashi University Business School (ICS).

She completed the International Ombuds Association Foundations Course in 2016 and is a trained and certified coach, EAP counselor, and mediator.

Keiko is also a certified practitioner of numerous assessment instruments, including Situational Leadership, Team Management Profile, Strength Development Inventory, Lumina Spark, and Personnel Decisions International Assessment.
