She has served as an Organizational Ombuds with the Department of Defense, the U.S. Army, and other federal, private, and non-profit entities.
Bina enjoys working with large, complex systems and provides ombuds consultations, services, and conflict coaching opportunities for organizations navigating challenging issues.

She supports individuals and organizations by helping them identify concerns, explore options, improve communication, and engage conflict constructively.

Background
Bina earned her Doctorate in Conflict Resolution and Peacekeeping Analysis from Nova Southeastern University.
She is a member of the International Ombuds Association, completed IOA’s Foundations of Organizational Ombuds Practice Course, and serves on IOA’s Board of Directors.
She actively participates as a co-chair and volunteer for the IOA Annual Conference and serves as an instructor for IOA’s core course on Cultural Understanding.
Bina is also a speaker, researcher, and publisher. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a B.A. in Business Administration.
