MWI Intern Recognition Page
Welcome to MWI’s intern recognition page! We are incredibly grateful for and proud of these brilliant and dedicated young professionals.
At MWI, we consider our interns partners who help us carry out meaningful work. Our interns don’t do any tasks that we don’t do ourselves. While admin is a necessary (and we believe valuable) part of learning the business of mediation, we also provide daily opportunities to learn, observe, create, analyze, write, connect, report, and even practice co-mediation.
It’s also important that MWI interns have plenty of opportunities to network with the greater mediation and ombuds community. During their internship, they interview our volunteer and professional panelists for blog articles, convene court-connected mediation sessions, play the role of party in mediation demonstrations, and participate in all MWI trainings, roundtables, and workshops.
If you want to intern with MWI, please click here to apply or email Clarice at cparsons@mwi.org with questions.
