Providence College has asked me to work with staff at the Department of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies to introduce a mediation process to identify challenges facing the organization, improve working relationships and build trust in order to position the organization for success.

In preparation for what I hope will be a productive mediation process, I’d appreciate if you would take a few moments to answer the following questions. The purpose of these questions is to provide you with an opportunity to share your perspective about the challenges facing the Department.

Your identity will be held in confidence and only a summary of the responses from members of the Department will be discussed in general terms with members of the Administration.
