Art, Meredith and Jennifer have asked me to serve as an independent and neutral resource to assess the quality of the working relationships at the firm – what’s working well, what’s not working, and what management can do to support you in the future.

To start the process, I’d appreciate if you would complete the confidential diagnostic survey below by Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 5:00 PM ET. I will keep your identity in confidence. After I review the diagnostic information, I will reach out to specific employees to gather additional information and set up a series of calls and meetings starting the week of February 12th to address the concerns raised in the diagnostic forms. My hope is that you and others will help me better understand the challenges and do your part to contribute to a solution to improve the workplace at Innisfree.
