CIC Future Leaders Survey

The following survey seeks to learn more about your interest in progressing into a management position during your career with CIC. The goal of the survey is to help CIC leadership better understand employees’ needs and interests as they grow their careers with the company. The survey should take between 10-20 minutes to complete, depending on the length of your responses.

We greatly appreciate your open, candid responses to the survey questions. To help you feel comfortable providing honest answers to the questions below, your responses are gathered and held in confidence by the CIC Ombuds Team. The results of this survey will be shared in a report to CIC leadership, which will focus on aggregate findings and ensure each respondent’s anonymity.

Following the survey, the CIC Ombuds Team will hold a focus group interviews to learn more about the survey findings. If you are interested in potentially taking part in such a focus group interview, please let us know in the question at the end of the survey.
