Please use the forms located in the General Forms list. You will need to complete an Agreement to Participate, a Fillable ADR Referral Form and, if an agreement is reached, the Mediation Memorandum.  

Parking

BMC Central does not have a designated parking lot and street parking is limited. There is paid parking in the Government Center Garage and other paid lots.

Pre-Mediation

The civil clerk’s office is located on the sixth floor. Please check in with the clerk’s office to learn what courtroom you’ll be needed in.  

Mediation

Mediation rooms are available in this court, including small rooms inside Courtrooms C and D. If those rooms are unavailable, you may use mediation rooms near other courtrooms. If those rooms are locked, ask the clerk where you and the parties should meet. 

Post-Mediation

After mediation ends, take all paperwork and the case folder back to the clerk. Please scan or take a picture of the paperwork for MWI’s records. Don’t forget to check if there are other cases that would like mediation. 

Uploading paperwork: Please add the case information and upload the paperwork under the court case in the portal. If you are having trouble with this step or have mediated multiple cases in one session, please email the scans to MWI at courtmediation@mwi.org.
