Charmhee Kim is an experienced Organizational Ombuds and cross-cultural trainer with MWI. She served as an ombuds for 15 years at McKinsey & Company, a global management consultancy, helping colleagues address workplace conflicts, career development concerns, and other professional challenges.
Her work has focused on helping individuals navigate complex organizational environments while fostering communication, understanding, and productive problem-solving.
Charmhee brings a unique blend of ombuds expertise, business leadership experience, and international perspective to her work with organizations and professionals around the world.

Background
Charmhee has been an active member of the International Ombuds Association since 2007. She completed the IOA Foundations of Organizational Ombuds Practice Course and later served as faculty for the program.
She also served on the IOA Board of Directors and co-chaired the association’s Global Marketing Task Force.
Prior to entering the ombuds profession, Charmhee worked as a management consultant, investment banker, and public affairs specialist with the United Nations.
She holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies.
