Parking

Free parking is available at the back of the courthouse.

Pre-Mediation

When you arrive, check in at the Clerk’s Office located on the second floor for assistance to determine which room to mediate in.

Mediation

The clerk’s assistant will let parties know that the mediators have arrived and ask parties to meet the mediators in the hall after she has finished calling the list. Mediators should bring the parties to the pre-determined designated room. 

Post-Mediation

After mediation, ask for copies of the forms. Provide parties with the relevant copies and retain a copy of all paperwork for yourself. If the case has settled give the file (with the original paperwork) to the clerk. If not, return the file to the Clerk Magistrate or Judge and ask the parties to return to the courtroom. 

Uploading paperwork: Please add the case information and upload the paperwork under the court case in the portal. If you are having trouble with this step or have mediated multiple cases in one session, please email the scans to MWI at courtmediation@mwi.org.
