Parking

Free parking is available at the court.

Pre-Mediation

When arriving at the court, proceed through security and take a look at the bulletin board outside the Clerk’s Office. That bulletin board will confirm what courtroom small claim cases will be held in (usually on the 3rd floor). 

Mediation

Mediations can take place in either room right off the courtroom.

Post-Mediation

Documents can be photocopied on the first floor in the district court Clerk’s Office and then provided to the parties and the clerk who referred the case to mediation. The mediator(s) must also leave court with a copy so that the paperwork can be sent to MWI. 

Uploading paperwork: Please add the case information and upload the paperwork under the court case in the portal. If you are having trouble with this step or have mediated multiple cases in one session, please email the scans to MWI at courtmediation@mwi.org.
