Boston Public Schools faculty and staff have access to mediation services provided by MWI to help address workplace conflict, improve communication, and support constructive resolution.

Please complete the referral form below to request mediation services for a workplace conflict involving BPS employees.




  • Examples: Improve communication, rebuild the working relationship, clarify expectations, or address a specific conflict.
