Mediation offers an opportunity for residents and board members to collaboratively resolve disputes with the assistance of a neutral third-party mediator. Our mediators are trained to facilitate open communication, helping parties explore their interests and identify mutually acceptable solutions. This process allows you to maintain control over the outcome, promoting a sense of ownership and fostering stronger relationships.

Whether addressing sensitive community issues or setting goals for the future, a skilled facilitator can guide the process to ensure every voice is heard, keep the conversation on track, and assist the group in finding common ground.
Facilitated community discussions are ideal for residents or board members who want to explore shared concerns, address neighborhood challenges, or collaboratively shape the direction of their ROC.
Consultation
MWI offers consultation services for resident owned communities seeking strategic advice on how to prevent or address conflicts. Our consultants can work with residents or boards to assess conflict dynamics, explore options for resolution, and develop tailored strategies for peaceful community management. Consultations can be conducted over the phone or via Zoom.
Workshop for Building Stronger Communities
Our signature workshop, “Building Peaceful Communities,” is designed specifically for resident owned communities. This 2-hour program teaches practical conflict resolution skills and fosters a collaborative mindset, empowering residents and board members to engage constructively when issues arise. Through this workshop, participants learn to promote understanding, manage disagreements, and work together toward community-wide solutions.
