The information on this form will be compiled and distributed to Dealers or Management representatives requesting mediation/arbitration services through the BMW NA Dealer Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures. This is the only information parties to a dispute will have to familiarize themselves with those who will assist them in the resolution of the dispute.

  • In the space provided below, please write a brief statement (6 to 8 sentences) about yourself. If you are a dealer, please include the car lines you sell, the location of your dealership(s), and the length of time you have been in business. If you are a management representative, please include the length of time you have worked for BMW, the position or positions you have held and your current responsibilities. Both Dealer and Management Mediators should add some personal information (charities, clubs, organizations, awards, hobbies, etc) to help the parties get to know you better.

    When describing periods of time, please provide the year started (and finished, if applicable) instead of "for X years" to avoid your bio becoming outdated over time. For instance, instead of "I have been a Dealer for over 15 years..." please write, "I have been a Dealer since 2010..."
