I look forward to meeting you at the Renaissance Staff Retreat on August 28th at the Windrose on Hudson in Ossining, NY. To help you prepare for the retreat, I would appreciate it if you would complete the diagnostic form below. The form has seven questions, and your identity will be kept private. Past participants have found that taking time to better understand their own personal experiences, goals, and needs prior to the session makes the time spent in the retreat even more meaningful.

To ensure that the training team has adequate time to review the responses, we ask that you complete this diagnostic form no later than Thursday, August 20 at 5 pm ET.
