MWI's Ombuds Services

MWI offers free and discounted conference and organizational ombuds services to non-profit organizations. Learn more here.

MWI’s Court Mediation Program

MWI’s Court Mediation Program provides quality small claims mediation services to pro-se litigants onsite at fourteen Massachusetts District and Municipal Court Divisions.

MWI’s Eviction Mediation Program

MWI’s Eviction Mediation Program works to prevent homelessness by providing low-income tenants and landlords with services designed to help them reach efficient and durable agreements through mediation.

MWI’s Women’s Negotiation Program

MWI’s Women’s Negotiation Program is designed to empower women to become more effective advocates not only for their own needs but also for their children’s needs while equipping them to meet other societal challenges.
