Outsourced Ombuds Services & Consulting
- Coverage – Short-term ombuds coverage during leaves, transitions, and to help manage visitor backlog.
- Training – Workshops for individual ombuds and teams looking to build their ombuds, mediation, facilitation, and other ADR skills.
