Dispute Resolution Experience

Lisa Pomerantz is an Arbitrator and Mediator with MWI. She also serves as a neutral on the American Arbitration Association Employment Panel, the EDNY Mediation Panel, and she has represented numerous employees and employers as settlement counsel in resolving a variety of employment related disputes involving statutory and/or contract claims.
