Family Mediation Program Assistant — Fall 2020 – Spring 2021

Katie Neill is studying Communication at Emerson College, Class of 2022. After serving MWI’s Executive Director Chuck Doran as a Program Assistant during the Fall of 2020, Katie was invited to stay on for another semester with MWI. In Spring of 2021, she worked as a Family Mediation Program Assistant, assisting Josh Hoch with administration, training, and mediation. She also worked on new business development, wrote blogs for the MWI’s website, convened cases for the Court Program, and attended all trainings and workshops offered by MWI during her service. Once she graduates, she plans to go to graduate school in order to become a clinical social worker. She wants to help kids and families in any way that she can.
