Consumer Automotive Arbitration

Request Automotive Arbitration

MWI administers consumer automotive arbitration matters arising under arbitration clauses contained in motor vehicle purchase and related automotive contracts. The arbitration process provides consumers and dealerships with a structured way to resolve covered disputes economically and efficiently.

About Consumer Automotive Arbitration

Consumer automotive contracts may include an arbitration clause requiring certain disputes between the consumer and dealership to be resolved through arbitration. When the applicable clause provides for MWI to administer the matter, either eligible party may begin the process by submitting the filing form below.

During arbitration, the consumer and dealership have an opportunity to present information relevant to the dispute. The arbitrator considers the parties’ submissions and issues a decision consistent with the applicable contract and arbitration requirements.

Important Filing Information

This arbitration is based on the arbitration clause contained in the applicable consumer automotive contract. Before submitting the form, carefully review the arbitration clause, the filing acknowledgments, and all other terms included in the form.
