Mediation Works Incorporated (MWI) is dedicated to providing dispute resolution services and training to clients seeking to better understand and address conflict.  MWI provides quality dispute resolution services and training to corporate, institutional and individual clients.  

As a 501(c) 3 non-profit corporation, MWI is dedicated to serving income-eligible clients through MWI’s Public Service Initiatives.  Income-eligible clients including at risk children and their families, never married parents and parents seeking divorce are served by MWI’s Family Mediation Program.  Low-income tenants and landlords through MWI’s Eviction Mediation Program.  We encourage you to visit these pages and our Planned Giving Program page dedicated to serving income-eligible clients throughout Massachusetts.
