Dispute Resolution Experience
Alan Jacobs is a mediator with MWI and in private practice in Falmouth, MA. Alan’s goal is to help make divorce, one of the most difficult life transitions, an easier, more peaceful process for everyone involved. He is passionately committed to making divorce as easy and harmonious as possible for couples who are receptive to working together.
Alan brings over 25 years of experience helping individuals and organizations resolve conflict. He professionally trained with MWI in 1997 and later with Cape Mediation. Alan has also completed advanced Divorce Mediation Training and the Barnstable County Bar Association’ Family and Probate Conciliation Training. He is a member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators, the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, and a founder and director of the Cape & Islands Mediation Collaborative, Inc. Alan currently assists families and individuals in resolving conflicts and legal disputes as a private mediator through Falmouth Mediation, MWI, and in the Barnstable and Nantucket County Courts with Cape Mediation.
