Client Comments

“There is nothing easy or pleasant about mediating a divorce, so it is critical to have a clearly neutral yet supportive individual leading you through it. Josh is that kind of person. Our goal was to avoid contentious litigation, yet to both come out feeling we had done our best to agree on a fair settlement. Mediation can be the path to this, and having the right person leading the process, such as Josh, is essential. I highly recommend Josh and his organization.”

Divorce Mediation Client February 10, 2019

"Josh was flexible and accommodated our schedules by meeting in the evening as we both work full time. He met with us together and then separately to ensure we felt our needs had been met and to ensure we felt the purposed agreement was fair. My x husband and I still stand with the agreement Josh helped with. We're co-parenting successfully and most importantly our children were impacted as little as possible."

Katharine D. January 1, 2020

“MWI provided very rapid response after we contacted them and initiated the mediation only a few days after we spoke to them.”

Divorce Mediation Client March 26, 2020

“The mediation took a few weeks but I felt that the mediator was on top of the case and helped finalize a mutually beneficial Memorandum of Understanding. Doing this online via Zoom went better than I anticipated.”

Divorce Mediation Client May 1, 2020

Josh was amazing (as a divorce mediator) considering the COVID restrictions!!! Everything was fair and clear to understand! He made sure everything went smoothly and efficiently! Highly recommend!

Jackie J. October 26, 2021

“We finished (divorce mediation) a few months ago and we are now working together much better on raising our daughter than when we were married. If you don't know about mediation, I suggest you look into it.”

Divorce Mediation Client March 17, 2022

"Mediator Josh Hoch and the MWI mediation team eased this difficult time of transition in my life. The process was explained simply and free of problems from consultation up until the time for filing at the court. I even forgot a key component of the file inside the MWI offices as we had already made our way to the courthouse. Josh and the staff met us more than halfway, as they were kind enough to run the file downstairs and up the block to hand deliver the missing documentation. In the future, if other contacts are in need of services, I will definitely forward them to MWI offices."

Theo B. April 20, 2022

“Josh is very professional and has been extremely helpful during this difficult time providing relevant advice all along. He was quick to respond with valuable information, which enabled me to tackle the paperwork much more easily and efficiently. I can't recommend him enough to anyone else going through a divorce.”

Divorce Mediation Client May 8, 2022

“I am strongly recommending MWI in a divorce mediation process. It did take several hours of negotiation but at the end of the day, it is 10 times cheaper than involving lawyers and have both parties fight.”
